“For some time now we have been intending to drop a note of appreciation for our home at the above address. Only now is it happening. Find it difficult to believe that its over a year since we moved in.

Whilst it is supposed that everyone has their own ideas as to the design of home they would like, we want you to know that this modified Kensington meets all our expectations and cant think of anything we would change if we were to do it all over again. For us it presents the ideal home, It’s a top layout and is extremely practical.

All colours and selections came together beautifully (eg: Exterior, interior, floor coverings, verticals, tiles etc.) with the whole place being extremely light and airy. Indeed its an absolute joy to live in.

Now all the above did just not happen by waving a wand, and special thanks should go to several of your team who made the whole thing possible. Whilst there would be many in the chain deserving of a few accolades, must mention a few in particular who listened to our input, giving us helpful direction and advice, then juggling and changing things more in line with our wants.

Jim Gillespie was a great help and most co-operative. He was faced with a narrow block of land and a house a touch too wide. However with some juggling, he was able to give us a double garage at the front and still be left with a downstairs lounge and dining room of reasonable proportions. The entry is great and the downstairs study with powder room (including shower) is a winner.

Karen is of course worthy of special mention. A most helpful lady who accepted and implemented all our amendments (and there were lots!) as a matter of course while providing helpful advice when needed.

Deborah and colleague Terri were also a wonderful help to us and cant thank them enough. Its largely due to their efforts that the colour scheme and choice of fittings throughout came together so well.

Last but not least my draftsmen Greg, for his patience in amending the plans as we went down the track and as the house evolved. Many Thanks.
