Whilst the name “Wincrest Homes” was established in 1986, its rich heritage evolved through the visionary spirit of the founders since 1950.

The old boys, as they are effectionately known, started building red brick homes in the West of Sydney over 50 years ago. Today, Wincrest builds modern family homes in Sydney, the Central Coast, Newcastle, the Southern Highlands and NSW South Coast.

Wincrest Homes has deservedly established a reputation for excellence in home building and, have achieved this position through a sustained focus on improving the service provided to its customers, maintaining the delivery of high quality workmanship, keeping competitive pricing and providing superior professionalism in project management. The company’s success is held largely by the ‘Hands on Approach’ of its CEO and management team.
