| What is a House & Land package? |

Wincrest Homes are proud to offer an outstanding collection of home and land packages in some of NSW's most sought after locations. We have varying different types of packages which include:
• ON YOUR LAND
A package prepared for homebuyers whom already have their own block of land.
• ON OUR LAND OR ACCESS LAND
Homes available prior to construction on pre-selected blocks of land. Often your own choice of home design, inclusions and colours can still be selected.
• SPEC HOMES
Completed homes or homes under construction.
House & Land Packages are the complete solution for both the first home owner, people upgrading to a larger home or the investor. Packages include not only the house design but also site costs, boundary fencing, driveway & path to front porch, light landscaping including front and rear turf, ceramic floor tiles to kitchen & entry, overhead cupboards to kitchen plus much, much more!

| How do we go about financing a new Wincrest Home? |

Wincrest customers can organise their own finance or Wincrest Homes in conjunction with Advance Loan Direct can help organise it for you. Advance Loan Direct has 20 different lending institutions available and they can submit your loan application and give you a choice from an extensive range of products.
